Carol J. Geffner, Ph.D. brings over two decades of executive management and consulting experience working with health care organizations including hospitals, nonprofit organizations, Fortune 500 businesses and start-up organizations. Dr. Geffner’s unique approach combines deep experiences as both an operating executive and a senior consultant resulting in practical and client focused solutions to complex business issues. 

At present, Carol is Chief Executive Officer of ArpegioHealth, LLC, a national health care management consulting firm and manages the Irvine, California office for the company.  She is responsible for leading ArpegioHealth’s strategic consulting focus on transforming health systems including integrated delivery systems, health care technology companies, governmental agencies, insurance companies, nonprofit organizations, public policy institutions and multidisciplinary medical practices. 

Her focus in her consulting practice has been within the health care arena, leading transformation efforts around health information technology and new approaches to organizing health systems as well as providing executive direction to a medical revenue cycle management company and best in practice leadership training and coaching for senior and mid level management.  A recent focus is in bridging the generational gap between “baby boomers” in management and millennial generation employees in both management and line positions.

Williams has in-depth expertise in crisis communications and litigation support.

Williams began her career at Hill and Knowlton, Inc. in Washington, D.C., where she helped guide U.S. and European defense manufacturers through the government acquisition process. She developed programs aimed at key decision makers in Congress, the Pentagon, State Department, and federal agencies.

She moved to Los Angeles in 1988 and represented technology companies including Hewlett-Packard, Computer Sciences Corporation, Acer Counterpoint Inc. and Citizen American Corporation.  She guided the launch of numerous technology companies and provided strategic communications counsel to established infrastructure companies such as Oberthur Cards Systems and academic institutions including the USC Viterbi School of Engineering. Her fields of expertise range from identity and security to technology and life science.

Williams served on the Workforce Investment Board of Los Angeles; the Board of Directors of the Downtown Women’s Center, The Advertising Club of Los Angeles and the Board of Trustees of St. Matthew’s Parish School. She resides in Pacific Palisades and is married with two children.

Neda Razavi

Her career in life sciences began in 2000, where she has held multiple positions as Microbiologist and Biochemist in Medical and Industrial laboratories.

Neda earned her MBA from Pepperdine Business School of Management and her Bachelor of Science degree in Cellular & Molecular Microbiology at Tehran Azad University. She initiated and led “Global Business Club” and served as a VP of Special Planning for NAWMBA (Woman MBA club) at Pepperdine University.

Jocelyn Tetel is Vice President of Advancement at the Skirball Cultural Center. Upon arriving at the Skirball in 1997, Tetel established the Advancement Department and became a member of the executive management team. Today, she works closely with the Skirball’s Founding President and CEO to advance the organization’s mission through fundraising, strategic planning, government relations, and public affairs. She is responsible for managing the Advancement Department, overseeing fundraising activity that supports the Skirball’s general operations, temporary museum exhibitions, and capital campaigns. Her focus is on initiating and nurturing relationships with philanthropists, foundations, corporate donors, and government entities.

She serves as Director on the following Boards: Exceptional Children’s Foundation, Southern California Foster Family and Adoption Agency, and Mayme Clayton Library & Museum. Tetel is committed to help ensure the fiscal stability of these nonprofit organizations.

Prior to the Skirball, Tetel served as Vice President in the Los Angeles branch of Johnson & Higgins, at that time the largest privately owned insurance brokerage firm in the world.  During her thirteen years in the insurance industry, she specialized in sales, account management, and marketing. A native of Durham, North Carolina, Tetel earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire.
