Patty Schmucker is President and CEO of Performance Branding Services (PBS) and founder of DoshaCare.  Prior to launching PBS, she accumulated significant experience in business management and development, having served as Vice President of Sales, Education and Marketing for Caesar’s Beauty, a wholesale distributor for the Aveda Corporation.  She also served as National Director of Sales-West for the Aveda Corporation and sat on the company’s Advisory Committee from 1985-1998.  DoshaCare was launched in 2008.

DoshaCare Customized Ayurvedic Skincare takes its cues from the 5000-year-old medical tradition of India – Ayurveda, to create skin care products made with 98% natural and organic ingredients. In the Ayurvedic philosophy we can intentionally influence our health by creating balance in our bodies.  DoshaCare aspires to inspire inner peace, outer health and ageless living by giving you tools for balance. 

Patty earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business.  She serves on the board of directors for the largest non-hotel YMCA in the U.S. as well as the Independent Manufacturers and Distributors Association (ICMAD).  She has been an adjunct instructor at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and is a certified trainer with Franklin Covey and The Chopra Center for Well Being.

Maureen has worked with nonprofit organizations, business owners and professional firms for almost 25 years, designing and implementing insurance and risk management programs to reduce their exposures to loss. Maureen’s extensive educational background in insurance keeps her up to date on coverage trends, and her degree in Social Welfare from USC assists in working with her nonprofit clients.

Prior to joining Kaercher Campbell & Associates, Maureen was a Senior Account Executive at Vista International Insurance Brokers.  Prior to that, she was Vice President at Northridge Insurance Agency.  Maureen began her career at LFC Insurance.
