ONAIZA CADORET-MANIER - Vice President, Commercial Portfolio Development
Amylin Pharmaceuticals

Ms. Cadoret-Manier currently serves as Vice President, Commercial Portfolio Development of Amylin Pharmaceuticals. She previously held the positions of Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Brand Management. Prior to joining Amylin, Ms. Cadoret-Manier spent 11 years with Pfizer and an accumulation of 20 years of marketing, business development, and consulting experience in both national and international companies. While at Pfizer, she held progressive leadership roles in the pharmaceutical marketing arena. She worked on the launches of several major brands, including Spiriva for C.O.P.D. and Viagra for Erectile Dysfunction.  She has wide therapeutic area experience including, Cardiovascular, Diabetes and Respiratory. Prior to Pfizer, Ms. Cadoret-Manier spent several years in management consulting and business development with Corning Life Sciences, Inc. 

She received an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago and her B.A. degree in Economics, magna cum laude from Queens College.

ANGIE L. WILSON - Partner, Assurance and Advisory Business Services

Ms. Wilson is a partner with Ernst & Young in the AABS practice and is a dedicated leader within the Health Sciences Industry Group. She has more than 15 years of Assurance and Advisory Business Services (audit) experience and is specialized in serving public and private clients in the Health Sciences industry. She has significant experience in serving all sectors of the health sciences industry including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, hospitals, managed care organizations, pharmacy benefit management companies, long term care and hospice. Ms. Wilson has extensive experience serving clients that are SEC registrants, including the direct involvement in numerous IPO’s and secondary offerings. She has also assisted many clients in private placement offerings and merger and acquisition activities. Ms. Wilson also leads the inclusiveness and diversity efforts for the Pacific Southwest Area.

Ms. Wilson graduated from the University of Tulsa with a B.S. degree in accounting and from Arizona State University with a Masters of Business Administration. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Arizona Society of CPAs.

TONI GRAY - CEO, Cancer Innovations, Inc.

Toni Gray has over 25 years experience in the biotech and medical industry. Her wide experience includes positions in management, marketing, sales, and product/business development, acquisition/divestiture (e.g., sale of HemoCue to Mallincrodkt ($100M); Porton Sequencer to Beckman), academic licensing of intellectual property (formation of over 60 university spin-out companies), lecturer in the USC MBA program, and founder of BioKeys.

The companies she has worked for include:  JT Baker Chemical, Johnson & Johnson, Damon Biotech, Celltech, Brunswick Biotechnetics, and the University of Southern California. Ms. Gray holds both a BS and MS degree in Biology from University of Missouri. 

Ms. Gray currently advises the John Wayne Cancer Institute on Tech Transfer matters and is CEO of Cancer Innovations, Inc. which is developing five cancer therapeutics.  CII has recently completed a partnership for one if its products with Eisai Pharma.
