Successfully managing growth in a difficult economic environment coupled with their unique products are what has put DOGSWELL® on the list of companies to watch in America.

A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Berenice majored in International Business Administration at the American University of Paris, and received her MBA from the University of Southern California. Berenice moved up the ranks as an Assistant Vice President at California Commerce Bank, a subsidiary of Citigroup, and as a Vice President at Plexus Group, a subsidiary of JP Morgan Chase. After working in the public sector for many years, Berenice made the move to the private sector, joining the executive team as CFO of Guthy Renker Home, LLC (previously RealtyTracker.com).

CANDACE CRAWFORD
CFO, Bossa Nova Beverages

Candace is a seasoned CFO with more than 20 years of diverse financial and operational leadership experience with entrepreneurial firms, including start-ups, high-growth and turnaround companies. Currently, Candace is CFO for Bossa Nova Beverage Group, a venture-backed company which was recently sold to Sunny Delight Beverages Company. She has made it her business to be a financial leader of dynamic companies. Her expertise has helped manage entrepreneurial companies through challenging times toward growth.

Prior positions include CFO of POM Wonderful, Virgin Entertainment Group and Metropolitan Theaters. In each position she has been instrumental in the evaluation and procurement of new investment opportunities, raising capital, and growth in sales and operating profits of the business. She is also a co-owner of Art and Living magazine and serves on various committees to support arts education for youth. 

Candace earned a BA, summa cum laude, from University of Southern California and received her CPA certificate while working at Price Waterhouse.
